Pre-Order Policy

All Crown & Glory Extensions are currently available on a pre-order basis. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Crown & Glory Extensions is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Product Information

Our extensions are made from authentic raw human hair. Because the hair is natural, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are expected and are not considered defects. These natural differences make every bundle unique.

Hair Care

Proper care is essential to the longevity of your extensions. We recommend using sulfate-free products, minimizing excessive heat, and having all coloring or chemical services performed by a licensed professional.

Order Changes

Orders begin processing quickly. For that reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Fraud Prevention

Crown & Glory Extensions reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
